Overview

15Five is a performance management and employee engagement platform used by HR teams and people managers to run continuous feedback cycles, structured performance reviews, OKR (Objectives and Key Results) tracking, engagement surveys, and manager-effectiveness programmes. The platform is built around a weekly "check-in" workflow where employees submit structured updates that managers review and respond to, creating an ongoing record of performance and engagement signals. 15Five operates entirely as a SaaS application — managers, employees, and HR administrators interact with the platform through 15Five's web app (app.15five.com) or mobile apps.

15Five does not deploy tracking scripts, widgets, or client-side code on public-facing websites or third-party websites outside its own application environment.

What This Script Does

15Five's functionality is confined entirely to its own SaaS platform:

Weekly check-ins: Employees submit structured weekly reports through 15Five's web or mobile application. Questions are configured by HR and managers within the platform.

Performance reviews: HR teams design and run review cycles with self-assessments, peer reviews, and manager evaluations through the 15Five dashboard. Reviews are completed within the platform and stored in 15Five's system of record.

OKR management: Teams create objectives and track key results through the web application. Progress updates are submitted by team members through the app.

Engagement surveys: 15Five distributes pulse surveys and eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) questionnaires to employees through the platform and email notifications. Survey responses are collected within 15Five's infrastructure.

1-on-1 meeting tools: Managers and direct reports prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items through the 15Five application.

High Fives recognition: Peer-to-peer recognition features allow employees to publicly appreciate colleagues within the platform.

What 15Five does NOT do: 15Five does not load JavaScript on third-party or client websites, does not set cookies on external site visitors' browsers, does not deploy analytics or marketing scripts outside its own application, and does not collect data from website visitors.

Consent & Compliance

15Five's SaaS-only architecture eliminates website visitor consent considerations entirely:

Under GDPR, 15Five processes employee personal data (performance data, survey responses, OKR records) within its platform. The legal basis is the employment contract (Article 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for employee performance management. No website visitor data is processed. 15Five provides a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for EU customers and holds EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification.

Under ePrivacy Directive, no cookies are placed on website visitors' browsers and no scripts are deployed on third-party sites.

Under CCPA/CPRA, no personal information is collected from website visitors through 15Five. Employee data processed within the platform is subject to CPRA's employee data provisions.

If 15Five appears in a website's script inventory, it is almost certainly a false positive — possibly a DNS resolution artefact, an indirect reference from a career page integration using a different HR tool, or a misconfigured tag.

Should You Block This Without Consent?

No. 15Five does not load scripts on third-party websites. There is nothing to block in the context of website consent management. Its presence in a script scan is likely a detection artefact.
