What This Script Does

Narvar's scripts load from cdn.narvar.com and related subdomains to render order tracking interfaces, estimated delivery displays, and return initiation forms on the retailer's website. These components fetch shipment data from Narvar's backend, which aggregates tracking information from carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.

The tracking page scripts accept an order identifier (typically passed via URL parameter or embedded configuration) and display real-time delivery status, estimated arrival windows, and shipment milestone timelines. Network requests are made to api.narvar.com to retrieve carrier tracking data.

Narvar sets a session cookie to maintain the visitor's tracking context across page loads. For return flows, additional form state cookies preserve progress through multi-step return initiation processes. These cookies are session-scoped and expire when the browser closes.

If the retailer enables Narvar's marketing features, the tracking page may include product recommendations, promotional banners, or survey widgets. These optional components collect click interaction data and may set additional cookies to measure engagement with post-purchase marketing content.
